The College of Education for Human Sciences is organizing its 21st Scientific Conference on 22–23 April 2026.

Conference Vision

The conference aspires to be a leading intellectual platform for exploring the prospects of artificial intelligence and its role in achieving comprehensive sustainability. It seeks to discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with AI, promote the optimal utilization of its technologies in supporting humanity, the environment, and sustainable development, and foster scientific and ethical awareness that contributes to guiding the digital revolution toward serving societies and safeguarding their future.

Conference Themes

Fifth Theme:
Educational and Psychological Sciences in the Light of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development.

Fourth Theme:
Geographical and Environmental Studies in the Era of Artificial Intelligence and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Third Theme:
Historical Studies in the Context of Sustainable Development and Smart Digital Transformation.

Second Theme:
Linguistic and Literary Studies, English Language Teaching Methods, and Artificial Intelligence for Achieving Cultural Sustainability.

First Theme:
Linguistic, Literary, and Qur’anic Studies in the Light of Sustainable Development and Artificial Intelligence.

Conference Objectives

 
  • Promoting environmental scientific research that links artificial intelligence with issues of sustainability and comprehensive development.
  • Developing practical visions and recommendations that contribute to guiding educational and research policies toward the conscious and sustainable utilization of artificial intelligence.
  • Exploring the impact of artificial intelligence on building a sustainable future that balances technological advancement with the human dimension.
  • Discussing the contributions of artificial intelligence to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in educational fields within the humanities and social sciences.
  • Highlighting the challenges and issues associated with the application and use of artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Exploring the prospects of integrating artificial intelligence into the humanities and linguistic sciences in ways that preserve cultural identity and enhance knowledge-based creativity.

Conference Participation Requirements

  • The research paper must fall within the scope and theme of the conference.
  • The paper should be written in Simplified Arabic font, size 16.
  • The paper must not have been previously published, presented at another conference, or submitted in any prior scientific activity.
  • Participation shall be through the presentation of a research abstract, which must not exceed two pages.
  • The full research paper must not exceed 25 pages.
  • Research abstracts must be submitted in both Arabic and English.
  • All abstracts and final research papers will be subject to scientific evaluation and plagiarism screening procedures. Researchers will be informed of the results of the plagiarism check and scientific review in due course.

Deadline for Receiving Full Papers: 1 April 2026.
